Change Manager

The Change Manager will join the IT Strategy & Delivery / Integration Management Office, supporting enterprise change management initiatives. The consultant will support a 12-month international payroll transformation engagement and a customer service transformation migrating from homegrown tools to ServiceNow, including process mapping, communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities. The role involves completing stakeholder and impact analyses, building change strategies, building communication plans and content, facilitating change agent meetings, managing stakeholder feedback loops, and building training content for new processes and tools. The consultant will also prepare readiness and adoption risk reports for executives and steering committees., * Complete stakeholder and impact analyses

• Strong writing and facilitation skills
• Experience supporting technology implementations and business transformations

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow experience preferred
• SaaS/technology industry experience preferred but not required
• Large enterprise transformation experience is a plus, * Prosci certification (preferred)
• CCMP certification (preferred)

Required Experience

• 3 6 years of experience in Change Management (5+ years preferred), preferably in integrations or M&A
• Experience supporting technology implementations and business transformations

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Experience in SaaS/technology industry
• Large enterprise transformation experience
