Director, SAP Technology Lead - Merchandising

We are seeking a Director, SAP Technology Lead - Merchandising to lead SAP and retail technology capabilities supporting merchandising within a large-scale grocery retail transformation. This is a true Director-level position requiring deep knowledge of retail merchandising processes combined with SAP S/4HANA transformation experience. The leader must understand how technology supports merchandising, pricing, promotions, supply chain and store operations and be able to translate between business requirements and technical solutions. • Drive technology decisions supporting merchandising, pricing, promotions and related retail processes.
• Lead major S/4HANA transformation initiatives within a complex retail organization.
• Partner directly with merchandising and other business leaders to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Provide leadership across merchandising, supply chain and store operations.
• Support integration between SAP and the broader retail technology ecosystem.
• Provide hands-on leadership and challenge technical designs and recommendations where appropriate.
• Manage multiple teams and work effectively with implementation partners and systems integrators.
• Ensure solutions support the scale and complexity of a major grocery retail environment.
