Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer - Intune & Active Directory Administrator to maintain, configure, and optimize endpoint management and mobile architecture across an enterprise environment. In this role, you will lead administration efforts for Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), and on-premises Active Directory. You will also research emerging technologies, define the roadmap for end-user computing systems, package applications, and serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues., * Endpoint & Mobile Management: Build, deploy, and maintain application packages using Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Configuration Manager. Manage policies, compliance profiles, and configuration profiles for Windows 10/11 laptops, Android, and iOS devices.

• Identity & Cloud Administration: Manage day-to-day administration across Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure portal, and hybrid Active Directory environments.
• Escalation & Technical Support: Serve as a tier-3 technical escalation point for critical incidents, endpoint issues, and service disruptions.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks, software deployment, and system reporting.
• Process Improvement & KPIs: Monitor KPIs, track ticket trends, and implement actionable frameworks to improve end-user computing support. Advise leadership on incident trends and recommend long-term architectural solutions.
• Training & Documentation: Author knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and video walkthroughs to upskill support teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on professional experience).
• At least 3 years of progressive, professional-level systems administration experience in a large-scale enterprise IT environment.
• Proven hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Active Directory.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting for administrative automation.
• Experience with M365 administration, Teams administration, and M365 Copilot chat integrations.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow (San Diego release or newer).
• Hands-on background in enterprise patch management, endpoint security configurations, and vulnerability remediation.
• Solid grasp of core enterprise networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi routing, and basic switch/firewall connectivity).
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise hardware (laptops, mobile devices, network printers, video conferencing endpoints)., * Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager (Required 3 Years)
