Requirements
10+ years of Salesforce experience leading enterprise-scale implementations and delivery teams. Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud; Data Cloud experience strongly preferred. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional Salesforce certifications preferred (PD II, Architect, Agentforce Specialist). Experience supporting healthcare or health insurance organizations. Data Cloud experience preferred Experience building Agentforce solutions and AI-powered agents. Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools (Git, AutoRABIT/Copado, Salesforce CLI). Strong healthcare payer/provider domain knowledge, including claims, case management, or workflow automation. Experience leading Agile/SAFe teams across onshore and offshore delivery models. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
