The IT Project Manager II is responsible for leading cross-functional technology initiatives and ensuring IT practices remain aligned with evolving business needs. This role oversees the full project lifecycle-from concept through implementation-while driving collaboration across technical and product teams., Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead cross-functional delivery of technology initiatives
• Manage projects from initiation through implementation
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and project lifecycle activities
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives

Scope & Planning

• Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements
• Develop detailed project plans and task breakdowns
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to prioritize workstreams
• Break down complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives into structured execution plans

Risk & Dependency Management

• Identify cross-team dependencies and project risks
• Develop and execute mitigation plans
• Escalate critical issues appropriately

Stakeholder Communication

• Provide clear visibility into project status and progress
• Maintain transparent reporting for leadership and stakeholders
• Facilitate effective negotiation and alignment across teams

• 3-5 years of IT project management experience
• Experience leading Agile or hybrid technology projects
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results
• Experience facilitating sprint planning and stand-up meetings, * PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary technology initiatives
• Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
