Requirements

CCNA, CCNP, Palo Alto / Aruba / Zscaler Certifications Tools: Zscaler o ZIA (Proxy) o ZPA (Zero Trust Access)

Firewall Management o Panorama (Palo Alto)

WAF / DDOS / NDR o WAF, DDOS, NDR part of scope (tool specifics depend on environment)

· Strong hands-on experience in network security operations · Knowledge of firewalls, proxies, VPN, and network access control · Experience with Palo Alto, Aruba, Zscaler or similar technologies · Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for complex issues · Experience in incident, problem, and change management · Understanding of capacity planning and performance tuning · Experience working with OEM vendors and third-party providers · Exposure to automation and AIOps tools
