Develop basic software components for electronic, core, and powertrain control modules. Analyze software requirements, create designs and test plans, write C/C++ and assembly code, and test software using virtualization methods. Collaborate with controls, calibration, systems engineering, and vendor teams., * Analyze and elicit software requirements for base software components.
- Design software for electronic, core, and powertrain control modules.
- Write base software code using C, C++, and assembly.
- Create software design documents and test plans.
- Test base software and apply virtualization methods throughout the development lifecycle.
- Review and inspect requirements and coordinate with vendors and cross-functional engineering teams.
