QA Tester

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of enterprise software applications and platform configurations before production deployment., The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with manual testing, software configurations, system integrations, data validation, and defect management. The QA Tester will work closely with developers, business analysts, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects., * Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to develop detailed test cases.

• Design, execute, and document comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, security, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, track, and report software defects and coordinate resolution with development teams.
• Validate platform configurations, custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, permissions, and custom code.
• Perform API integration testing using REST APIs and tools such as Postman.
• Validate data integrity and accuracy during data migration and routine operations using Data Loader, SOQL, and SQL queries.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA testers to resolve issues.
• Provide regular testing status updates and support users during integration testing and UAT.

• Hands-on experience in software quality assurance and manual testing.
• Experience testing enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and complex business systems.
• Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and test management tools such as Jira.
• Knowledge of API testing using Postman and REST APIs.
• Experience with data validation using SQL/SOQL queries.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Salesforce platform testing.
• Familiarity with Salesforce configurations, custom objects, workflows, permission sets, and Apex code.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Loader.
• Experience testing enterprise software implementations and system integrations.
