Software Engineer

Senior Software Engineer designs, builds, tests, and maintains secure multi-tier or microservice applications supporting federal missions in an on-site, classified environment. The role plans and coordinates development activities, implements cloud-based and containerized solutions on Linux, troubleshoots complex issues, and applies standards and CI/CD practices to deliver reliable mission software. Plan, conduct, and coordinate full lifecycle software development activities for mission applications. Design, develop, test, and debug secure multi-tier or microservice software solutions. Apply appropriate development standards, processes, and tools across the software lifecycle. Create and maintain technical documentation, operating instructions, and development records. Analyze system capabilities and resolve issues related to requirements, data, and program behavior. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments on Linux and cloud platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders and system users to gather requirements and refine solutions. Troubleshoot and correct software defects in an on-site, classified environment.
