Forward Deployed Engineer

• Lead on-site deployments of the AI-powered knowledge platform at customer facilities, including factories and control rooms.
• Integrate the platform with clients’ existing systems, data sources, and operational procedures.
• Configure and customize the knowledge ecosystem to align with each customer’s workflows and safety standards.
• Collaborate with frontline workers and operations leadership to translate use cases into actionable platform capabilities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in complex industrial settings and drive rapid resolution.
• Optimize the orchestration platform based on real-world usage and customer feedback.
• Partner with internal teams to relay field insights and influence product development.

• 2-5 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or forward deployed engineering roles.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end technical implementations in complex environments.
• Experience integrating software platforms with existing enterprise or operational systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

• Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or safety-critical environments.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and their application in real-world industries.
