Technology Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technology Manager with a strong background in hospitality and restaurant technology, particularly POS systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting restaurant technology environments, managing IT infrastructure, and troubleshooting hardware and software across multiple platforms., * Oversee and support technology operations within a hospitality/restaurant environment.

• Manage and troubleshoot POS systems, including Micros, Lightspeed, or similar platforms.
• Provide technical support for restaurant and hospitality technology systems.
• Support computer networks, systems maintenance, and IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and system-related issues.
• Support Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android environments.
• Coordinate with vendors and technology partners when required.
• Ensure POS and other technology systems are operating reliably.
• Provide hands-on technical support and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Previous experience working in a hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or food & beverage environment.
• Strong knowledge of computer networks and IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and technical support experience.
• Experience supporting Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
