Full Stack Developer - Advanced

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, React, and Next.js.
• Lead technical delivery while remaining hands-on with coding and code reviews.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and drive engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and make technical design decisions.
• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code / OpenAI Codex) to improve development productivity and quality.
• Work with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure application scalability, security, resiliency, and production stability.
• Support production incidents and participate in incident management.

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with 5-8 years of experience in Java, React, and Next.js. The role requires a strong Lead Individual Contributor who can drive technical delivery, mentor developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and build scalable applications. The development split is 60% Frontend and 40% Backend. Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or OpenAI Codex is essential., * 5-8 years of full-stack development experience.

• Strong hands-on Java, React, and Next.js experience.
• Frontend (60%) and Backend (40%) development expertise.
• Proven experience as a Lead Individual Contributor with mentoring capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or similar agentic AI coding tools.
• Strong experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, TDD, cloud development, and application resiliency.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
• Good to Have: Payload CMS, Content Management Systems (CMS), and content platform integrations.

Pay Range: $75/hr - $80/hr The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
