4. 2+ years of experience working in a federal or state government setting (Health and Human Services, especially in Integrated Eligibility System programs such as PA, TA, SNAP, HEAP, Fair Hearings, Child Support, etc. preferred).
5. More than 7 years of experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL) and SQL, as well as experience with NoSQL databases
