Senior UI/UX Specialist

This role will see you working closely with end users and key stakeholders to design intuitive, data-rich experiences that support fast, informed decision-making. You’ll be responsible for creating and validating prototypes, simplifying complex workflows, and helping bring multiple products together into a unified platform experience., * Design and prototype new user experiences using Figma

• Work directly with users and stakeholders to understand requirements and pain points
• Simplify complex workflows and improve usability across trading and operational systems
• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs
• Utilise and enhance existing design system components
• Present concepts and design recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with development teams as designs move into delivery
• Support the consolidation of multiple front-end applications into a seamless user experience

• Proven experience in UI/UX, Product Design or Interaction Design roles
• Advanced Figma skills, including prototyping
• Experience designing complex, data-heavy applications or dashboards
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences
