Requirements
- Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- Hands-on experience in Payroll configuration and payroll implementation projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Fast Formula development.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Payroll processes, calculations, balances, and statutory requirements.
- Experience with HCM Extracts.
- Experience using HDL (HCM Data Loader).
- Experience developing and supporting integrations using Oracle HCM APIs.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with end-to-end payroll lifecycle management.
Desirable skills & experience:
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Knowledge of Benefits, Absence Management, Time & Labour, or Core HR modules.
- Experience with BI Publisher and OTBI reporting.
- Understanding of payroll compliance and legislative requirements.
- Experience working within global or multi-country payroll environments.
