Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer architecture, configuration, and implementation.
• Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP).
• Experience with customer journey orchestration, audience segmentation, personalization, and omnichannel campaigns.
• Strong understanding of AJO integration patterns, APIs, event-driven architecture, and messaging infrastructure.
• Experience designing and implementing offer decisioning solutions.
• Ability to independently lead technical architecture and implementation activities.
• Experience developing detailed solution design and technical architecture documentation.
• Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
