Job description

• Evaluate and enable omnichannel decisioning capabilities: ? Assess personalization and decisioning requirements across customer touchpoints and channels ? Identify platform capabilities needed to support omnichannel decisioning and personalization ? Define scalable processes and governance to enable consistent decisioning across channels ? Confirm availability of required data, identity, content, and platform capabilities
• Evaluate and plan platform capabilities: ? Review business requirements and determine how Adobe Journey Optimizer capabilities can support personalization and decisioning needs ? Identify platform enhancements, dependencies, and integration requirements ? Develop roadmaps to expand decisioning and personalization capabilities across the organization
• Solution design and enablement: ? Evaluate solution options and provide recommendations on platform approaches and capabilities ? Partner with solution architects and application teams to review and approve proposed designs ? Build enablement frameworks and operating models to support omnichannel decisioning ? Drive adoption of new personalization and decisioning capabilities as they are released
• Stakeholder collaboration: ? Work closely with marketing clients to understand business objectives and personalization requirements ? Educate stakeholders on Adobe Journey Optimizer capabilities, constraints, and best practices ? Support teams adopting decisioning and journey orchestration capabilities across channels
• Cross-functional coordination: ? Collaborate with architecture, application, data, and channel teams to enable end-to-end customer experiences ? Establish alignment across channels to ensure consistent decisioning and customer treatment ? Ensure decisioning and journey orchestration efforts align with broader digital, marketing, and customer experience strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Ownership experience, with a strong background in Project Management and leading long-term implementation delivery
• Proven ability to build and manage roadmaps for customer engagement and personalization platforms within Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
• Strong understanding of Adobe Journey Optimizer, including decisioning, personalization, audience segmentation, and journey orchestration capabilities
• Experience defining platform capabilities, operating models, governance processes, and enablement strategies
• Skilled in translating business use cases into platform requirements, epics, and features
• Effective collaboration with technical teams to evaluate solution options and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
• Solid understanding of platform integrations, customer data, identity, and activation ecosystems
• Partner closely with marketing stakeholders to support client needs and drive adoption of personalization and decisioning capabilities
• Ensure efforts are integrated with paid media strategy and digital teams to close the loop on customer journeys
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer Decisioning capabilities
• Experience supporting omnichannel personalization and decisioning implementations
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RT-CDP, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), or Adobe Target
• Experience working with governance frameworks, operating models, and enterprise-scale platform adoption
• Basic coding experience, with the ability to understand and contribute to technical implementation when needed
