Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Data Scientist to join our dynamic analytics team.   • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets from multiple sources, including big data platforms and relational databases such as Oracle and SQL-based systems.
  • Support the development and maintenance of data warehouses, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for analysis.
  • Collaborate on designing database schemas and implementing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using tools like Talend, Informatica, or custom Python scripts to streamline data workflows.
  • Utilize SQL queries to extract insights from complex datasets and prepare reports for various stakeholders.
  • Create visual dashboards and reports using Tableau to communicate findings clearly and effectively.
  • Contribute to project management activities by tracking progress, documenting processes, and supporting Agile methodologies within the team.
  • Participate in analyzing large datasets with Python and other analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. Qualifications

Requirements

Do you have experience in Teamwork?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Basic proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases such as Oracle or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with Python programming for data analysis, scripting, and automation tasks.
  • Understanding of ETL processes and experience with tools like Talend or Informatica is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data visualization platforms such as Tableau or similar tools for creating insightful dashboards.
  • Exposure to big data concepts and technologies is desirable but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets accurately.
  • Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively within an Agile environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in data management, database design, or data warehousing projects is advantageous.
