Job description

  • Assist in designing and maintaining data models and data warehouses to support organizational analytics initiatives.
  • Conduct data collection, validation, and cleaning using tools such as SQL, Python, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure high data quality.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports utilizing Tableau and other visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
  • Support database management activities including SQL database administration and Oracle database operations.
  • Collaborate on big data projects by leveraging technologies such as Hadoop or similar platforms to analyze large datasets.
  • Participate in project management activities following Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions.
  • Monitor data quality metrics and implement data governance standards to uphold information integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in the development of data analysis procedures for business intelligence initiatives.
  • Contribute to the design of efficient database structures and support data collection efforts across multiple sources.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our dynamic data management team. In this role, you will support the collection, analysis, and visualization of data to inform strategic decision-making across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a foundational understanding of data management tools, and a passion for turning complex data into actionable insights. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in business intelligence, database management, and data modeling within a collaborative environment committed to innovation and continuous learning., * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Basic proficiency with SQL databases and experience with SQL query writing.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and tools like Talend or Informatica is preferred.
  • Understanding of big data concepts and platforms is advantageous.
  • Experience with Python programming for data analysis tasks is desirable.
  • Exposure to database management systems such as Oracle or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets accurately.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence concepts, information governance, and master data management practices.
  • Ability to work effectively within Agile project teams while demonstrating leadership potential.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings clearly to diverse audiences.
