Mid-Level Java Engineer [$274k/yr+]

• Design, develop, and test enterprise software capabilities utilizing Java, Spring, and RESTful web services on Linux systems.
• Leverage agentic AI workflows for feature implementation, code refactoring, and automated test generation.
• Provide technical team leadership, code auditing, and mentorship within an Agile development lifecycle., * Design, develop, and deploy robust microservices and enterprise RESTful APIs using modern Java frameworks such as Spring.
• Integrate advanced AI agents into software engineering routines to automate multi-file feature delivery and unit/integration testing.
• Guide AI agents across multi-repository architectures while rigorously auditing generated code for security, performance, and architectural standards.
• Serve as a technical lead and mentor to guide team members through complex software development tasks.
• Utilize configuration management and build tools including Git, Maven, and Nexus within a Linux operating environment.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with Agile methodologies.

Telework: This role supports a hybrid work arrangement requiring an average of 1-2 days per week on-site in Augusta, GA.
