Mid-Level Java Software Engineer [$274k/yr+]

• Design, develop, and deploy complex Java-based software capabilities, enterprise APIs, and microservices.
• Leverage modern frameworks and DevOps tools including Spring, Linux, Git, Maven, and Nexus.
• Incorporate advanced agentic AI workflows to accelerate feature delivery, complex refactoring, and test automation within an Agile lifecycle., * Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade RESTful web services and microservices architectures using modern Java libraries and frameworks.
• Integrate next-generation coding agents into daily development routines to handle multi-file feature implementations and automated unit/integration testing.
• Manage context across multi-repository architectures while critically reviewing agent-generated code for security, performance, and architectural consistency.
• Utilize configuration management and build automation tools such as Git, Maven, and Nexus in a Linux operating environment.
• Troubleshoot complex software issues, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain high standards of code quality and testing.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum team environment to design scalable software solutions and track deliverables.
