Job description
We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in software testing, test automation, manual testing, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing test strategies, developing automation frameworks, identifying defects, and ensuring high-quality software delivery., * Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Perform API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot software defects.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
- Integrate automated test scripts into CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure application quality, reliability, performance, and security., * Automation Tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright.
- Programming Languages: Java, Python, JavaScript.
- Testing: Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Regression Testing, Functional Testing.
- API Testing: Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI.
- Performance Testing: JMeter, LoadRunner.
- Test Management: Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, HP ALM.
- CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.
- Database Testing: SQL, Oracle, SQL Server.
- Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, SDLC, STLC.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
- Strong experience in both manual and automation testing.
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
- Good understanding of API testing, database testing, and defect management.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud-based application testing (AWS/Azure).
- Knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
- Experience with mobile automation using Appium.
- Knowledge of DevOps and continuous testing practices.
