Job description
- Design and implement foundational AI integration frameworks and agentic platforms utilizing Python and Kubernetes.
- Build Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, reusable skills, and enterprise-grade AI guardrails.
- Integrate commercial and open-source large language models with internal services, data lakes, and APIs., * Design, develop, and scale Python-based backend components for autonomous agent platforms.
- Deploy, manage, and scale containerized workloads within Kubernetes environments.
- Build Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and tools to allow AI agents to securely query databases and microservices.
- Implement enterprise AI guardrails, output validation, sensitive data scrubbing, and prompt injection defenses.
- Build automated testing pipelines for non-deterministic AI outputs and agent workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate disparate RESTful APIs and Java-based microservices.
- Provide technical mentorship, code reviews, and leadership across engineering initiatives.
Telework: This position supports a hybrid telework arrangement, typically requiring one to two days per week on-site.
