Software Development Engineer II

Design and build distributed services, APIs, and workflow engines that support AWS contract lifecycle management and approval processes. Develop integrations with e-signature and contracting platforms, implement LLM-powered automation, and improve system reliability while collaborating with sales, legal, finance, and engineering partners., * Design and build distributed services and APIs for contract lifecycle and approval workflows.

• Develop workflow-orchestration features for routing, delegation, escalation, and business-rule enforcement.
• Maintain integrations with e-signature, CLM, and Salesforce-based contracting platforms.
• Implement LLM-powered tools and automation for contract drafting, review, and approval routing.
• Participate in code reviews and support other engineers through mentoring and documentation.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, identify root causes, and deliver lasting fixes with cross-functional partners.
