Job description
- Design, develop, and implement complex Java-based software capabilities and enterprise RESTful APIs within a Linux environment.
- Leverage modern frameworks, microservices architecture, and agentic AI workflows to deliver innovative software solutions.
- Collaborate in an Agile lifecycle utilizing configuration management tools to build, refactor, and test robust applications., * Develop and maintain scalable software capabilities using modern Java frameworks and libraries such as Spring and Guava.
- Integrate next-generation AI coding agents into daily workflows for feature implementation, codebase refactoring, and automated testing.
- Design robust enterprise APIs, RESTful web services, and microservices adhering to Object-Oriented Programming paradigms.
- Guide agentic workflows across multi-repository architectures while critically auditing code for security, performance, and quality.
- Operate within Linux environments using configuration management and build tools including Git, Nexus, and Maven.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and utilize development tool suites including JIRA, Confluence, and enterprise source control.
Telework: This position supports a hybrid work schedule requiring an average of two days per week on-site in San Antonio.
