Mid-Level Java Software Engineer [$274k/yr+]

• Design, develop, and implement complex Java-based software capabilities using modern frameworks and RESTful web services.
• Integrate advanced agentic AI workflows to accelerate multi-file feature implementation, code refactoring, and automated testing.
• Serve as a technical lead and mentor, guiding engineering teams through Agile development cycles.
• Build scalable solutions across Linux, cloud infrastructures, and distributed database systems., * Design, develop, and deploy robust microservices and enterprise APIs utilizing Java and the Spring framework.
• Integrate cutting-edge AI coding agents into daily workflows to automate complex code generation, refactoring, and testing.
• Manage context across multi-repository application architectures and audit generated code for security and architectural alignment.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for engineering team members.
• Utilize configuration management and build automation tools such as Git, Maven, and Nexus.
• Operate in an Agile environment leveraging Linux, cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and databases such as MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
