Senior SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) Consultant

This opportunity is ideal for an SAP professional with extensive hands-on experience implementing and optimizing SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management solutions across sophisticated supply chain environments.

The selected consultant will collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders to design, configure, integrate, and deploy transportation management capabilities that improve operational efficiency and streamline logistics execution., * Lead SAP TM functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

• Support end-to-end transportation processes, including inbound, outbound, and intercompany/stock transport order (STO) scenarios.
• Configure freight unit building, transportation planning, optimization, freight orders, carrier tendering, and freight settlement.
• Design and support transportation charge calculations, carrier collaboration, shipment tracking, and execution processes.
• Integrate SAP TM with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and related enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, APIs, EDI, and integration requirements.
• Facilitate business workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design discussions.
• Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Identify opportunities to improve transportation workflows, system performance, and supply chain visibility.

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP Transportation Management experience.
• Participation in at least two full-lifecycle SAP TM implementations.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management.
• Deep functional understanding of transportation planning, execution, freight settlement, and carrier management.
• Experience integrating SAP TM with SAP EWM.
• Knowledge of transportation master data, network design, and logistics business processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading functional workshops and collaborating with cross-functional project teams., We are particularly interested in consultants who combine deep SAP TM configuration expertise with a strong understanding of real-world logistics operations. Successful candidates will be comfortable working in complex enterprise environments, communicating with business leaders, and taking ownership of critical implementation deliverables.
