Computer Programming DSpace Ethernet Github Hardware-In-The-Loop Simulation Python (Programming Language) MATLAB CAPL Information Technology Jenkins

Develop and maintain HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) models for EV systems including motors, inverters, driveline, and braking systems
Design and execute automated test cases for torque delivery, regenerative braking, traction control, and fault scenarios
Perform fault injection testing (sensor, actuator, network, thermal faults)
Validate diagnostics (UDS, DIDs, DTCs, service routines)
Ensure system safety behavior aligned with ISO 26262 concepts
Develop automation scripts using Python and CAPL
Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Analyze test failures and generate defect reports with logs (MDF, BLF)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (controls, systems, diagnostics, safety)
Maintain HIL infrastructure including rigs, I/O mapping, and restbus simulation
Support traceability from requirements to test results

Experience in HIL testing for EV, HEV, or automotive systems
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related)
Hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink
Experience with HIL platforms (dSPACE, NI, ETAS)
Experience with Vector tools (CANoe, CANape)
Programming experience in Python
Knowledge of CAN, LIN, Ethernet protocols
Understanding of diagnostics (UDS) and fault management
Exposure to functional safety (ISO 26262)
