Data Analyst / BI Analyst / Business Performance Analyst

• Collect, normalize, and analyze key metrics across Engineering organizations to measure effectiveness.
• Develop and publish executive-ready dashboards and reports for senior management.
• Evolve reporting from current-state views to optimization insights and recommendations.
• Craft clear data-driven narratives that articulate organizational value to the Senior Leadership Team and CIO partners.

We are seeking a Data Analyst / BI Analyst / Business Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team within Application Production Services Engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analytics, executive reporting, and visualization and a proven ability to quantify organizational effectiveness, optimize processes, and communicate insights to senior leadership., * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.

• Experience with Microsoft Power BI and/or Salesforce Tableau for visualization.
• Hands-on skills with Python or data modeling languages for dataset normalization and automation.
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira for metrics sourcing and workflow insights.
• Strong critical thinking and the ability to communicate across organizational levels.
• 2+ years in data analytics or MBA/Master’s equivalency.
