Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our Digital, Enterprise & AI Technology team. This role will provide architectural leadership for strategic initiatives across Digital, Restaurant Technology, and Enterprise Applications. Partnering with Engineering, Product, Security, Infrastructure, POS, Finance, Operations, and external vendors, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end technology solutions that align with business goals and enterprise standards., * Lead the architecture and design of solutions across Web, Mobile, Kiosk, POS, Enterprise Applications, Integrations, Finance, and Cloud Platforms.

• Translate business and product requirements into scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable technology solutions.
• Define application architecture, integration patterns, APIs, data flows, and system dependencies.
• Design and optimize cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and modern architectural patterns.
• Ensure solutions meet requirements for performance, availability, scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery.
• Evaluate and modernize existing applications, reducing complexity and technical debt while promoting reusable services and shared capabilities.
• Develop proofs of concept (POCs) and prototypes to validate architecture and technology decisions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, Finance, Operations, and external vendors to drive successful delivery.
• Govern architecture standards, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure alignment throughout implementation.

The ideal candidate will have experience architecting digital commerce and enterprise solutions across Web, Mobile, Kiosk, POS, integrations, and AWS environments. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate complex application ecosystems, identify dependencies, and translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and practical technical solutions., * 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale application solutions.
• Strong background in digital commerce and enterprise platforms, including Web, Mobile, Kiosk, POS, and Integration Services.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, REST APIs, API gateways, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud architecture and cloud-native solution design.
• Experience with high-volume transactional applications and complex enterprise ecosystems.
• Knowledge of application security, authentication, authorization, encryption, and sensitive data protection.
• Experience defining and supporting non-functional requirements, including scalability, reliability, resiliency, performance, and monitoring.
• Excellent communication, architecture documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or other high-volume transaction environments.
• Experience leading large-scale application modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and complex application landscapes.
• Knowledge of serverless architectures and modern observability platforms.
• AWS, Cloud, or Enterprise Architecture certifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
