Job description
- Provide dedicated white-glove IT support to C-suite executives and VIP users.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, laptops, desktops, Surface devices and peripherals.
- Support Microsoft 365: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Office applications.
- Handle iPhone, iPad and Android device support.
- Provide executive meeting and conference-room AV support.
- Troubleshoot VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN, MFA and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Manage tickets, incidents, escalations and end-to-end resolution.
- Support executive onboarding, offboarding and device provisioning.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional communication.

Important screening criteria:
- Prioritize candidates with actual executive/VIP support experience.
- Strong customer service and professional communication are essential.
- Conference-room and Teams meeting support is an advantage.
- 5-8+ years of experience is preferred.
- Must be available to work onsite in Des Moines, Iowa.
