AI/ML Engineer

You’ll work across the full solution lifecycle, combining software engineering, machine learning, data integration, and modern AI technologies to build products that solve real business challenges., As an AI/ML Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI solutions that deliver tangible business value. Responsibilities include:

• Building and scaling AI-powered applications and backend services using Python
• Developing AI assistants, agent workflows, and orchestration frameworks using modern LLM technologies
• Translating business requirements into reliable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions
• Integrating enterprise data sources into AI products and services
• Collaborating with data, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Creating reusable components, tools, and frameworks to accelerate future AI development
• Developing and maintaining automated testing and evaluation frameworks for AI applications
• Supporting containerised deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and operational best practices
• Monitoring solution performance and driving continuous improvement after deployment
• Ensuring solutions align with security, privacy, and responsible AI standards

• Strong commercial experience building production-grade applications in Python
• Expertise with FastAPI, Pydantic, and API-based architectures
• Experience developing LLM-powered applications using technologies such as OpenAI, LangChain, and LangGraph
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, agent orchestration, tool calling, and structured outputs
• Experience working with Databricks, SQL, data pipelines, and enterprise data integration
• Knowledge of automated testing and quality assurance practices for AI applications
• Experience with Docker, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based environments
• Understanding of software engineering best practices, including maintainability, observability, and scalability
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering high-quality AI products

• €78,000 base salary depending on experience
