MarTech Product Owner

We’re looking for a Technical Product Owner with deep Adobe MarTech expertise to help shape the future of customer engagement at Aviva.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, customer journey orchestration and audience activation, and wants to influence the technical direction of a large-scale MarTech ecosystem.

A bit about the job

Join our MarTech team and play a key role in how we connect with millions of customers across digital channels.

You’ll lead the technical evolution of our Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem, helping us deliver more personalised, relevant and data-driven customer experiences.

You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, Data teams, Marketing and Digital colleagues to shape solutions, assess technical feasibility and unlock the value of customer data.

From journey orchestration and audience activation to platform governance and technical standards, you’ll help ensure our MarTech capabilities are scalable, secure and built for the future.

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll combine product ownership, technical leadership and platform expertise to drive measurable outcomes for customers and the business.

Are you someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing technology, data and customer experience?, * Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, MarTech Lead or similar role within a complex digital environment, with a strong track record of owning technology platforms and roadmaps.

• Deep expertise across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe RT-CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Tags (Launch).

• Strong understanding of audience management, customer identity, segmentation, personalisation, decisioning and omnichannel activation.

• Experience leading technical discovery, solution design and complex data integration initiatives, including real-time, streaming and batch data patterns.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with both technical and business audiences and influence decisions across multiple teams.

• Salary: National: Circa £70K London: Circa £80K (depending on location,skillsand experience).

• Bonus opportunity 10% of annual salary - Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
