Job description

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of both print and digital projects, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of work. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality designs. You must possess excellent time management skills, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset., * Lead design projects from concept to execution across a range of mediums including print, digital, web, and social media.

  • Conceptualize creative ideas and design solutions that meet client or project objectives, ensuring they are innovative, engaging, and on-brand.

  • Present concepts, designs, and ideas to project owners and stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design decisions, and incorporating feedback effectively.

  • Collaborate with the creative director, creative managers, and other team members to develop and implement creative solutions that meet project owner or project objectives.

  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements, while also pushing for innovative and forward-thinking concepts.

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, present ideas, and receive feedback. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and design techniques, and share insights with the team.
  • Problem-solve creative challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.

  • Contribute to maintaining a positive, collaborative, and creative work environment.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Visual communication design?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of professional design experience, including both print and digital projects.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise across a variety of formats (e.g., branding, websites, social media, print collateral).

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for helping junior designers grow.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.

Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a design agency or a fast-paced creative team.

Knowledge of motion graphics or UI/UX design is a plus
