Infrastructure Integration & Assessment

• Lead discovery and capability assessment across environments.
• Develop integration roadmap with dependencies and milestones.
• Serve as primary liaison between organizations.
• Align with enterprise architecture standards.

Networking (Physical, WiFi & Cloud)

• Integrate physical and wireless network environments.
• Implement VPN, SD-WAN, and cloud networking.
• Ensure consistent routing, segmentation, and security.
• Monitor and resolve performance issues.
• Define rationalized cloud hosting strategy (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Apply SRE principles (SLOs, SLAs, observability).
• Implement IaC, CI/CD, and automation.

Identity & Access Management

• Implement SSO, MFA, and directory sync.
• Enforce RBAC, PAM, least privilege.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Define unified collaboration platform strategy.
• Lead Messaging and Collaboration tool alignment.
• Manage data migration and compliance.
• Ensure smooth end-user transition.

Security & Governance

• Align with SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, CMMC/FedRamp.
• Implement and validate security controls.
• Establish governance standards.
• Operational Resilience
• Ensure HA, DR, and business continuity.
• Monitor performance and capacity.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 12+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture.
• Experience with M&A integrations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Technical Skills

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $192,600 - $337,100, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
