Remote Data Analyst

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources
• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards using tools like Excel and SQL
• Analyze trends and patterns to support business and operational decisions
• Collaborate with team members across departments to understand data needs
• Present findings in clear, digestible formats for non-technical stakeholders
• Monitor key performance metrics and flag anomalies or areas of concern
• Assist in developing and documenting data quality standards and processes
• Support ad hoc analysis requests from leadership and other teams
• Help maintain data integrity across shared systems and databases

• Up to one year of experience in a data, analytics, or reporting role, internships included
• Working knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic modeling
• Familiarity with SQL or a strong willingness to learn quickly
• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting data to varied audiences
• Detail-oriented approach with solid organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines
