Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll & Absence Technical Specialist

The Oracle HCM Consultant is required to support and deliver our implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM. This is an important role within the HCM team, working closely with our business colleagues and systems implementer to ensure the system is configured using best practice and standard functionality.

Do you have experience in Payroll?, Demonstrable experience on Oracle Cloud Payroll and Absence modules.

Technical Knowledge is a must.

Strong Fast Formula Experience

Experience of UK Legislation Payroll, payroll setup and payroll formulas

Experience of setting up Absence Plans and eligibility

Ability to work collaboratively with client.

Strong willingness to learn

Ability to develop complex functional designs for system functionality, reports, integrations, etc.
