• Manage change management initiatives by developing training materials, conducting workshops, and facilitating user adoption across teams.
• Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee project management activities related to Oracle MTF enhancements, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.
• Conduct research on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure Oracle MTF configurations remain compliant and competitive.
• Provide ongoing support for system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance tuning to maintain optimal system operations.
• Engage in business consulting activities by advising on system capabilities that support business development and operational scaling.

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, * Extensive experience with Oracle Market Transaction Framework (MTF) or similar trading platform modules.

• Strong understanding of market transaction processes within financial services or capital markets.
• Proven expertise in change management strategies and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent strategic planning abilities combined with management consulting skills.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
