• Test software releases and document results before deployment
• Configure and stage hardware systems for customer installations
• Manage shipping, receiving, and procurement with a high level of accuracy
• Track and document work across systems and processes
• Identify issues, take initiative, and ensure tasks are completed without delays

Do you have experience in Technical support?, We are hiring an Operations Specialist for a full-time, in-office role. This is a hands-on position where you’ll work across technical support, hardware systems, and operations. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to move quickly while maintaining accuracy., * You communicate clearly and follow issues through to full resolution

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years post-education experience with Linux experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with technology (IT, systems, or hardware experience is a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
• Self-starter who does not wait for direction
• Reliable, accountable, and motivated to improve
