Job description

We then bring those commercially tested solutions to government entities to deliver predictable, measurable impact for the American taxpayer and consumer. rockITdata is seeking a Contact Center Coach to serve in assisting active duty service members, National Guard members, reservists, veterans and retirees who need access to mental health care when relocating, transitioning, or are in need of a new mental health provider for the first time. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized, evidence-based coaching via phone, video, text or email to address full range of service member needs, including acute stress or disengagement risk.
  • Use structured documentation aligned with program objectives and performance requirements.

Requirements

  • Must have a master’s degree in a mental health-related field
  • Must be a licensed mental health professional (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, behavioral health counseling)
  • Preferably at least a minimum of three years of experience delivering in-person patient care
  • Has clinical experience in triage, care management, motivational interviewing, and crisis counseling
  • Has experience working with military service members and veterans regarding mental health
