Benefits & conditions

We’re a lean team, building technology that real enterprise clients depend on every day. You won’t be a ticket number here - you’ll own work that ships, shapes the product, and pushes the boundaries of what recruitment technology can do. Competitive salary, strong benefits, and room to grow.

About the company

AppVault is a fast-moving recruitment technology platform helping enterprise clients hire smarter. We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who’s energized by meaningful work, moves quickly, and takes pride in clean, scalable code.

You’ll be a core contributor on a small, high-trust engineering team - owning features end-to-end, shipping regularly, and directly influencing how our product evolves. We use modern tooling, including AI, to build better software faster, and we’re looking for someone who’s comfortable picking up new tools and patterns as the landscape changes., We’re investing in smarter, more connected recruitment tooling - including knowledge graph systems that link candidate, job and workforce data, and LLM-powered features that make recruiter workflows faster and more accurate. AI is one of several tools we use to build a better product; the priority is always solid engineering and real vlaue for the people using what we ship.
