Full Stack Developer - Next.js / Node.js / AI Systems (Hybrid Role)

• Web applications using Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
• RESTful APIs and real-time features with WebSockets
• Performant, responsive UIs that hold up at scale
• AI-powered features embedded directly into our recruitment platform
• Clean, well-reviewed code with testing and debugging baked in

Do you have experience in Version control?, * 3+ years working with Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL

• Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
• Experience building with LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with AI agents, vector databases, or RAG architectures
• Comfort with Git, code reviews, and collaborative workflows
• Strong problem-solving instincts and clear communication
• A genuine curiosity about what’s next in AI and a track record of acting on it

Bonus Points

• Azure DevOps and cloud hosting experience
• Hands-on work with AI agents, autonomous workflows, or multi-step reasoning systems
• Serverless architecture or Docker/Kubernetes familiarity
• Experience with Jest, Mocha, or similar testing frameworks
• Agile/Scrum background
