IT Lead Analyst - Workday AI, Integrations & Extend

This is a Senior-level IT Lead Analyst position. Join a team focused on advancing Workday AI, enterprise integrations, intelligent automation, and Extend application development. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of Workday AI-powered capabilities, enterprise integrations, and custom Extend applications that help improve business processes and user experiences. You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, modernize integrations, support AI-driven initiatives, and help shape the future of enterprise automation. This position offers the opportunity to work with emerging Workday AI capabilities including Agents, Agent System of Record (ASOR), orchestration, and data-driven solutions.

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 6+ years of hands-on Workday Integrations experience

• Strong experience with Workday Orchestrate, Studio, EIBs, PECI, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transformations, Workday Packaged Integrations, and XSLT
• Experience developing Workday Extend applications
• Experience implementing Workday AI/ML capabilities, Agents, ASOR, data pipelines, and intelligent automation frameworks
• Strong understanding of Workday architecture, security, and data models
• Experience with at least two full lifecycle Workday integration implementations
• Experience with REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and event-driven integration patterns
• Experience using tools such as Oxygen, Postman, SOAP UI, or equivalent
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment - we do not sponsor work visas
• Workday certifications in Integrations, Studio, and/or Extend are strongly preferred
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, analytics platforms, and data pipelines is highly desirable
