Job description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Analytics leader to drive enterprise reporting, Prism Analytics, and AI-enabled insights initiatives. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of Workday AI-powered analytics capabilities, reporting frameworks, data models, and scalable analytics solutions that support critical business decisions. You will partner closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to modernize reporting capabilities, develop advanced analytics solutions, improve operational insights, and leverage emerging Workday AI technologies.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workday?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 6+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Reporting

  • Deep expertise with Prism Analytics, Advanced Reporting, Calculated Fields, Discovery Boards, Dashboards, Composite Reporting, and data transformation concepts
  • Experience implementing Workday AI capabilities, Agents, ASOR, and intelligent reporting solutions
  • Strong understanding of Workday architecture, reporting framework, business objects, and security model
  • Experience with at least two full lifecycle Workday implementations focused on Reporting or Prism Analytics
  • Experience using SQL, Power Query, Postman, SOAP UI, or equivalent reporting and validation tools
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, ETL concepts, and enterprise analytics frameworks
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment - we do not sponsor work visas
  • Workday certifications in Prism Analytics, Reporting, or Workday Pro certifications are strongly preferred
