QA Tester

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manual QA Tester to support a Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating functionality, usability, integrations, and business workflows across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related enterprise applications. This role will work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases and reliable system performance., * Execute manual test cases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications

• Validate business processes, workflows, forms, dashboards, and security roles
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Test Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate workflows
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
• Review business requirements and functional specifications for testability and completeness
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and testing documentation
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and Agile testing activities
• Validate data accuracy between Dynamics 365 and integrated systems
• Support release validation and post-deployment smoke testing
• Assist with user acceptance testing coordination and end-user support activities

Do you have experience in Writing skills?, * 3+ years of experience in manual software testing or QA

• Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Dataverse
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices
• Experience writing and executing detailed test cases
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments
• Experience using defect tracking and test management tools such as:
• Azure DevOps
• Jira
• TestRail
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
