Abbott currently has an opportunity for a Sr. Da Analyst. The Sr. Da Analyst will support and lead various analytical projects to deliver commercial solutions for Cardiac Rhythm Management organizion. The candide will be responsible for working on complex problems in the field of life-saving implantable medical devices. The candide will use da analytics and da science methods to provide solutions to a wide range of challenging commercial projects. As a key leader on the team, the candide will develop solutions to cure and analyze large quantities of medical da. The candide will work on projects th provide solutions to internal and external stakeholders. The candide will present solutions and insights in concise and effective manner to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop, plan, coordine and direct da analytics and visualizion projects (of medium to advanced complexity) th are of major scope and importance. Manage multiple, often concurrent projects and meet expections.
- Understand medical device business needs and articule these needs to other stakeholders. Assure th da science projects effectively address businesses’ long and short-term business goals.
- Communice complex analytical results to internal and external audiences, including senior management. Prepare and present written and oral reports. Adjust presention style and content to suit the audience.
- Interact well with diverse groups and maintain strong working relionships with internal and external collaborors. Listen to and understand others’ points of view and articule tactfully and respectfully one’s own and others’ perspectives orally, in writing, and in presentions.
- Interface with senior management on significant mters, often requiring the coordinion of activity across organizional units.
Requirements
- 5+ Years hands-on experience in Da Analytics or Da Science role
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Da Analytics, Da Science, Stistics or reled STEM field
- Cree complex dashboards and visualizions of commercial da using Power BI to identify trends and provide key business insights to leaders across different teams
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills required. Use of Excel for da manipulion and complex custom reports
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other common analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, visualizion libraries).
- Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects. Strong verbal and written communicions with ability to effectively communice multiple levels in the organizion.
Preferred Qualificions:
- Master’s degree in quantitive discipline, such as computer science, engineering, da science, bioinformics, stistics, mhemics, machine learning or reled field.
- Proficient in da warehousing, da modeling, ETL and SQL
- In-depth knowledge of contemporary machine learning, ptern recognition and damining techniques.
- Apply scientific knowledge on da modeling, da analytics, predictive algorithms, prescriptive algorithms and other da science principles to cree concepts, develop prototypes, and genere insights from commercial da
- Demonstred leadership experience, including problem-solving, conflict resolution, project planning, and execution. Excellent interpersonal skills and documented success in a team working environment.
- Experience with big-da architecture, opering systems, and tools for big-da analytics
- Proven success in the ability to work in cross-functional teams to meet clearly defined objectives th benefit the Company and the customer.
Benefits & conditions
The base pay for this position is $78,000.00 - $156,000.00. In specific locions, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
