A rapidly growing software company is hiring Senior Engineers to help build scalable products and internal systems powering complex operational workflows for enterprise customers.
The engineering team is highly product-focused and operates in a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment where engineers are trusted with significant ownership and autonomy.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building systems from the ground up, solving complex technical problems, and working closely with other strong engineers in an execution-focused culture.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend services and APIs
- Develop systems that support high-volume operational workflows
- Work across product, platform, and infrastructure initiatives
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ship quickly
- Contribute to architecture and technical decision making
- Own projects throughout the full development lifecycle
Requirements
Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Experience building modern backend systems
- Startup or high-growth product company experience preferred
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly autonomous environments
- Strong ownership mentality and product thinking
Preferred Technologies
Experience with some combination of:
- Node.js
- TypeScript
- Python
- PostgreSQL
- AWS or other cloud platforms
- Distributed systems / event-driven architectures
Engineers from adjacent modern backend ecosystems are welcome.
