Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Team leadership?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, About the PositionThe City of Scottsdale is seeking an experienced ERP Applications Supervisor to lead the team responsible for supporting and optimizing the City Treasurer’s enterprise systems, including Oracle Fusion ERP Financials, SCM Procurement, and EPM Budget Planning. This role ensures system reliability, data accuracy, strong internal controls, and responsive service to departments across the organization.This is a leadership role with hands-on technical responsibilities. The supervisor manages daily support operations, oversees a team of application analysts, and partners with Accounting, Budget, Procurement, and technology stakeholders to deliver effective, well-governed system solutions.Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate brings: * Experience supporting enterprise ERP platforms (Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, Infor, or similar) * Strong SQL and database skills; ability to work with custom code, scripts, and integrations * Experience configuring SaaS applications (workflows, security roles, approvals, integrations, reporting) * Business analysis skills (requirements gathering, process mapping, testing coordination) * Experience supervising or mentoring technical staff * Ability to lead escalations, vendor coordination, and root-cause analysis * Functional knowledge in financials, procurement, or budget planningKey Responsibilities * Supervise and develop ERP support staff; manage performance and technical capability * Partner with department leaders to align system solutions with business needs * Lead system support operations, configuration, testing, documentation, and help-desk standards * Manage releases, patches, and change control processes * Ensure data integrity and system health across ERP and connected platforms * Maintain and enhance custom code, SQL scripts, and integrations * Identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions through configuration or process improvementPlease note: Be sure to check your email junk/spam folders regularly for possible notifications and/or self-schedule interview invitations from Governmentjobs.comAnticipated starting salary for this position may be up to mid-point depending on candidate’s experience and internal equity. The full salary range is listed above and mid-point for this position is $120,585.60 annually.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited educational institution.Five years of experience directly working on computer-based information systems’ software, with a focus on system administration and management including programming/scripting languages in support of medium to large enterprise applications.One year of lead or supervisory experience. Any equivalent combination of education and/or job-related experience that meets the minimum qualifications may be substituted.Licensing, Certifications and Other Requirements Depending on the department assignment, must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted driver’s license with no major citations within the past 39 months prior to the start date. The Arizona Department of Motor Vehicles requires that out-of-state driver’s licenses must be surrendered within 10 days of relocating to the State of Arizona.Depending on the department assignment, obtain and maintain a Level D - Technical Arizona Criminal Justice Information System (ACJIS) Network Terminal Operator certification. Training is provided on duty and testing is completed within first six months of hire.Every person employed by the City of Scottsdale shall reside in the State of Arizona during his or her active employment by the City, regardless of whether the employee is approved to remote work.
