Job description

This position is responsible for managing sales and marketing campaigns across different marketing platform (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc) and assisting in driving our go-to-market, and social media strategies for our brands. The ideal candidate should be proactive in learning, data-driven, and problem-solving with track record in increasing traffic and sales., * Own and be responsible of success of specific products including SEO, paid advertising, etc

  • Write and improve product listing across various e-commerce platform such as Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, Shopify
  • Analyze advertising data (PPC, ad spent) and make inform decision to optimize advertising spend for each product
  • Research market trends and competitors to adjust pricing and promotion strategies
  • Create sales report - monitor and review Amazon advertising campaigns and budgets, optimize campaigns to ensure they are continuously bringing quality traffic to our website, increase listing visibility and revenue;
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish and share marketing content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Provide excellent customer services - answer customer inquiries, solve return and exchange issues, and improve customer’s satisfactions

Requirements

Do you have experience in Social media brand management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 2+ years eCommerce experience (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify)

  • Deep knowledge with Amazon PPC, Google Ads
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing
  • Highly proficient with Excel or any data analysis tool
  • Experience with channel management software (2+ years)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Bilingual a plus (Spanish, Chinese)
  • Marketing experience (Launching new products, understanding competition, coming up with ideas to drive sales)
  • Positive work attitude, willingness to accept feedback, learn, and improve
  • Experience with shipping software such as UPS, Fedex, Shipstation a plus
