Data Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data platforms
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes for enterprise environments
• Integrate and process structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Support the design and implementation of modern data warehouses and data lake architectures
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance requirements are met
• Collaborate with data architects, consultants, and client stakeholders on solution delivery
• Contribute to cloud migration and data modernization programs
• Translate business requirements into robust technical data solutions, The organization is a globally operating professional services firm supporting large enterprise clients across industries such as financial services, public sector, energy, and consumer markets. The Technology Consulting division delivers end-to-end solutions spanning data engineering, cloud transformation, and advanced analytics. The Data & Analytics team works closely with cross-functional consultants, architects, and client stakeholders.

Do you have experience in Spark?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field

• 3-6 years of experience in Data Engineering or similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Databricks, Spark, Snowflake, Airflow, or similar
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL frameworks, and data warehousing concepts
• Experience in consulting or client-facing environments is a strong advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate in complex stakeholder environments
• Fluent in English and Dutch
